BookingFilip completes his menus culinary, therefore we cannot meet all dietary wishes and/or allergies. The following adaptations in ingredients can be taken into account, only if mentioned beforehand: shellfish, fish, meat and nuts and no raw fish/meat because of pregnancy. A fully vegetarian menu can also be provided, if mentioned in advance. We cannot provide a 100% vegan menu.
Adaptations for other intolerances/allergies (eg gluten, lactose, ...) we can not provide due to the complexity and variety of dishes and ingredients of our kitchen. Severe allergies can sometimes be so severe that we cannot make any promises in this regard.

advance regarding adjustments to the menu, a charge of €25 will be made.
