According to daily supply and freshness of the product, changes can be made to the menu.
Filip completes his menus culinarily, therefore we cannot meet all dietary wishes and/or allergies. The following adaptations in ingredients can be taken into account, only if mentioned beforehand: shellfish, fish, meat and nuts and no raw fish/meat because of pregnancy. A fully vegetarian menu can also be provided, if mentioned in advance. We cannot provide a 100% vegan menu.
Adaptations for other intolerances/allergies (eg gluten, lactose, ...) we can not provide due to the complexity and variety of dishes and ingredients of our kitchen. Severe allergies can sometimes be so severe that we cannot make any promises in this regard.
If you have any doubts whether we can comply with your
wishes/allergies, please contact us by e-mail. If we are not informed in
